Background

In September 2012 I retired from my academic post at the University of Greenwich after more than 20 years of teaching occupational hygiene. I have maintained my role as University Fellow and External Examiner at the University of Wollongong in Australia and as an external reviewer of the University of Illinois Chicago distance learning occupational hygiene programme. As BOHS Faculty of Occupational Hygiene Chief Examiner I continue to work on the development and delivery of professional occupational hygiene education and training. I also remain as a member of the OHTA Leadership Group and the OHTA Qualifications Group and act as Chief Examiner for the qualifications delivered through the OHTA International Qualifications Scheme.
